Quickstart: write your first chapter
Go from sign-up to a first readable chapter in a few minutes.
Quick answer
Sign in, open Create, describe your idea, pick an audience, let Manyagi shape your world, then generate and review your first chapter.
Before you begin
- A Manyagi account with a confirmed email — see Create an account.
- Some credits. New accounts receive a one-time welcome grant after confirmation; see Free allowance vs. welcome grant.
Steps
- Go to manyagi.com/create (opens manyagi.com in a new tab) and sign in if prompted.
- Describe your idea in a sentence or two. Concrete details (a character, a place, a conflict) give better results than genres alone.
- Choose your audience or book tier. Availability depends on your account and current rollout.
- Review the world Manyagi drafts — characters, setting, tone. Edit anything that doesn't fit before continuing.
- Generate your first chapter. Generation uses credits; your balance is shown before you confirm.
- Read it through. Revise, regenerate or continue to the next chapter.
What to do next
- Keep it private as a draft, or share it — see Drafts, sharing and publishing.
- Learn how to steer the next chapter in Plan and continue chapters.
