- Free allowance vs. welcome grantThe free plan gives 5 credits per day, capped at 30 per month. Separately, new accounts receive a one-time 300-credit welcome grant after email confirmation.
- Quickstart: write your first chapterSign in, open Create, describe your idea, pick an audience, let Manyagi shape your world, then generate and review your first chapter.
- Is checkout available?Checkout availability varies. If the Credits page says payments are coming soon, purchases aren't open for your session. Only a receipt confirms a charge.
- What "Save" (swipe right) meansSwiping right or tapping Save adds a listing to your shortlist. It is not a purchase, option, offer or license.
- My credits are missingRefresh, then check Settings → Billing & usage for every entry. If something is unexplained, contact support with details.
- Delete your accountSign in and go to manyagi.com/account/delete, then confirm. Deletion isn't instant; there may be a cancellation and retention window described in the Privacy Policy.
