How availability works
Purchases are gated by a configuration flag in the app. The public Credits page has displayed "Payments coming soon" — and cached copies of that page may persist.
What to rely on

- A receipt email or a ledger entry as confirmation of a completed purchase.
This Help Center never confirms that a charge happened.
