Retries and failed generations
What happens when a generation fails, and when to retry.
Quick answer
Wait a moment, refresh, then retry once. Many failures refund credits automatically, but check your balance and contact support if they didn't return.
Steps
- Wait 30–60 seconds; long chapters take time.
- Refresh the page — the result may already be saved.
- Check your credit balance.
- Retry once. Avoid repeated rapid retries, which can use more credits.
- Still failing? Note the time and world name and contact support.
