Where to find proof of a purchase.
Quick answer
Check your billing history, inbox, and payment account for receipts. If a charge is pending or posted but credits are missing, contact support before trying again.

Find a receipt
- Search your inbox (and spam) for messages from Manyagi or the payment processor.
- Check Settings → Billing & usage for the purchase entry.
A missing receipt or ledger entry does not prove a payment failed. A bank charge may be pending or settled before the credit ledger updates. If you see any charge, do not retry until support has reviewed the transaction.
